—The school meeting at Speigletown last night adjourned without action, it having been found that the call provided for the rescinding of “all action taken at all previous meetings,” and the meeting deemed it unadvisable to act under a call so manifestly incorrect. The building committee will award the contract for the building of the new school house to-day, and it is probable that it will be given to Frederick Simmons, he being the only bidder. This will probably end the trouble in the district relative to the building of the school house.
